Expanding on the freeman topic that we have recently touched on, Rob Menard’s comic and very informative talk on the subject is well worth the time. Rob began his journey of pulling apart the legal system after he had his child taken away from him under the pretence that there was only one carer. As he set about cramming information in to his head over three days to discover why this was even possible, he discovered more than he bargained for. He discovered that the child belonged to the state having registered the child and obtaining a birth certificate. Rob after 6 more years of study now gives talks on how the legal system deceives us in to giving up our right. Even though he talks about the Canadian legal system, the vast portion of it applies to the UK and the US as each countries legal system’s roots are from the same place.
