They discovered at hospital he had diabetes. Because they didn't test him earlier his diabetes worsened. My sister also had this experience, she was bullied at school and teacher complained about her, saying she was using illness as an excuse. She had diabetes. What I don't think is great is when businesses make this money from doing harm; creating or lobbying for a policy that puts drugs into anyone, let alone kids, is just plain wrong - in fact, it's horrific. Let's all get some common sense when it comes to ADD and ADHD drug company labels, and seek out the real cause, which might not make anyone any money, but it will make the world we live in a better place. I think it’s great that businesses, and the people who own/run them, including shareholders and directors, make lots of money.

Why can't the teachers work with children who are different? Isn't it their job? As the works suggests if it isbiological and hereditary why aren't our previous generations not diagnosed with it. I have seen children who are hyperactive but time and their own physiology took care of it without these bad drugs. So real and so painful.
