Katanga: The Untold Story of UN Betrayal

Unknown year Conspiracy 1.47K Views 9 Comments
This documentary tells the story of how the United Nations, from 1960 to 1962, waged an unprovoked war against the anti-Communist state of Katanga and forced it under the control of the Communist-puppet state of the Central Congo (now called Zaire).

In later years, top UN personnel boasted in their public speeches and books how they pretended to be merely preserving law and order, while actually carrying out a military operation to crush the tiny nation - all in the name of peace. The great irony in this was that the free world was told - and the American people firmly believed - that the UN army had been sent to the Congo to "protect it from Communism."

The reason this story needs to be told after all these years is that we have not seen the last of the UN "peace-keeping" forces. Unless Congress puts a stop to what is now called The New World Order, we are going to see UN army used more and more to bring its peculiar brand of peace to the world. And the best way to envision that future is to know the past.

Can the world see what democracy is doing to the world? God says Protestantism and Republicanism and America and its allied say Democracy and Evolutionism, who is right? Whitout any doubt God. Read Revelation chapters 13, 17 and 18 to see what's is coming on America and the world. It's time to side with Jesus.

THE UNITED NATIONS IS ORGANIZED CRIME AND CONFEDERACY AGAINST THE AUTHORITY OF GOD. THEY WILL PAY FOR THEIR ARROGANCE. THEY CAN SING PEACE! BUT SUDDEN DESTRUCTION WILL FALL UPON THEM. THEY WILL SEE JESUS COMING IN THE CLOUDS AND THAT DAY, THEY WILL UNDERSTAND THEIR FOLLY. SHAME ON THIS SATANIC CABAL.

A curious piece of old Cold War propaganda from the rabid neo-con right. Katanga was the richest area of the Congo. The Rockefellers had interests in its huge mineral wealth, so breaking it away from the Congo under their stooge Tshombe made commercial sense.

In fact, despite the tirade against the UN, this was done. Fortunes were later exported from Tshombe's region, but his people remained & remain poor.

Apparently aimed at an audience, already well-primed on anti-communist hysteria, the voice-over does not explain how murder & mayhem furthered the 'communist' cause. As events proved, chaos was used against the Congo.

Understandably, the vid makes no mention of the murder of UN rep Hammersjold. His DC-7 aircraft was shot down by Fouga Magister planes piloted by Belgians. And Lumumba? It only coyly notes his 'mysterious' death.

As for Conor Cruise O'Brien being a UN communist stooge - utter nonsense. He wrote a book about the murder at birth of Congo independence. As far as I know, he lived & died with no deep political convictions.

Third World nations were under sustained attack from US & Russian empires at this time, despite all the two-way blether about sovereignty & democracy - the usual NWO crapola. OGT

  • First And Foremost Congo was never a communist puppet state The then prime minister was not a communist nor was his party, he got help in the most simple way after independence from belgium and this case the US was not fast enough. And you should point ou that Katanga was a province of Kongo ever since the Belgian King claimed the region as his.
