Don't you see how shamelessly convenient accusing any non-believer of "benefiting from the status quo" and generally being an agent of the "bad guys" really is? It allows you to ignore anything you don't like by insulting the messenger's motives and character rather than actually dealing with what he or she says. In other words, it's a license to turn off you brain.

Then again, in my experience when faced with criticism instead of dealing with it face on conspiracy-nuts -- and these videos are nothing more than one large conspiracy theory -- ultimately always resort to either accusing the poster as being a member of the "conspiracy" or being a mindless "sheeple" hoodwinked by the "conspiracy." Either way, it's all an excuse not to think and never challenge your beliefs -- which I guess is necessary when you believe in paranoid conspiracy theories based on massive misunderstandings and distortions of the facts (like these videos).

Sounds to me like you are benefiting from the status quo and prefer to perpetuate the shackles of oppression by drawing focus away from the point of this publication w/ some snake oil of your own (ie: eg see definition of contract) Q.: Which one, genius? You obviously subscribe to the philosophy of bondage & slavery and not freedom & liberty, and that is your choice. But, I should point out, as a Philosophy major, the intellectual, social/political philosophical predecessors you noted above were visionaries willing to challenge the boundaries of social prosperity and question the limits of "authoritative" rule, at least to inspire debate or dialogue. The point is: The belief that every aspect of humanity should be governed/regulated/controlled or micro-managed is for our own good, will make our race more humane or somehow improved makes you the simpleton, or is it the benefactor. -Thomas Moore, Aldous Huxley, George Orwell, Ayn Rand, Niccolo Machiavelli, Hobbes, Locke, Rousseau, etc. In sum: "Those willing to trade liberty for security deserve neither."_Thomas Jefferson

One of the silliest pieces of pseudo sociological snake oil around. Full of definitional errors (eg see definition of contract) and conceptual misunderstandings eg see ravings on common law and its non distinction from natural law. If you want to rage against the machine go read Chomsky, Pilger and Nader not this simpleton. Before launching into a doco series this intellectual con should have read some history, sociology philosophy and educated himself - Toynbee, Bertrand Russell, Marx, Durkheim would have been a good start. In sum the epitome of a little knowledge being a dangerous thing.
