On the remote Japanese island of Okinawa, In the Californian town of Loma Linda and in the mountains of Sardinia people live longer than anywhere else on earth.

    Notice how none of these Okinawan's "retire" from their work? They engage in their labors and aren't lazy like a lot of old people are and this keeps them healthy and active. Therein lies the "secret" to longevity; activeness of mind, body and spirit.
